Students enrolled in the Introduction to Publications or Publication Leadership courses take an active role in managing all aspects of the site and producing the companion 的声音 magazine print publication.

WLMC广播 offers several semesters of 广播 courses including basic DJ training, 良好的生产, 广播 programming, and leadership duties to help run the daily operations of the station.

DJ’s are trained every semester and meet weekly to discuss how they are developing their own “broadcaster identity.” WLMC expects students to know FCC guidelines and many other “industry standard” skills of the trade.
